While Deviant is off at Magic in Vegas…

Tuesday, February 17th, 2009

I (Dauche) am here in San Diego kicking myself in the axx for missing it (magic that is). We’ll I’m not going to cry about it, but I do wish that I could have participated in this years festivities. So at this very moment I am speaking with Deviant, and was told that set-up took 3 hours, but the good thing about it is that the hotel they are staying at is right next door (so if they’ve forgotten anything it’s only about 3 steps away; lol). Well I don’t want to bore you readers too much; but I will say this… you will be hearing more from me soon …

p.s. if you see any DB representatives make sure you show them love (muah *wink *wink) lol

a blog about a blog X 2

Friday, November 21st, 2008

I grappled over whether or not I should make this blog about a blog’s blog, but I have accepted it must be done.

First she blogged about me. Then she blogged about me again. Then I blogged about her.

And now, she has blogged about me blogging about her

Oh this tangled interweb we weave.

Where will this madness lead? Perhaps we should just start a blog about blogging about one another. With that said, the ball is in your court…

DB in DB

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

This is Dauche Bates (DB).  She likes Dangerously Beautiful (DB).  Hence this posts’ title.  I really liked a post Dauche made on her blog earlier this month, and we’ve stayed in touch since then a la the Interweb.  The best thing about having a dope brand is connecting with people around the world who dig what you do.

Her favorite design is the Heartbreaker t-shirt (mine too), so from Miami to San Diego it went.  She said it made her day, and that in turn makes mine.

Other cool parts about branding are the details we get to  put in  that further define the Dangerously Beautiful ethos.  I’ve been meaning to show some of the stickers we printed this go-round, but Dauche beat me to it.

In the image below you can see a picture of our first set of hang-tags.  The hang-tag is a die-cut of our logo, the Bulletfly, which I’ve never mentioned on the blog before (odd).  The “cool” extra is that all of our products come with these hang-tags which are stickers, so more adventure for everyone.  More on the Bulletfly one of these days…

now that’s a default pic if I’ve ever seen one……..ohh la la
