Think Pink Rocks

Monday, November 7th, 2011

Dangerously Beautiful is always on the move making things happen. While my other half was filming video for an up and coming artist, I took the pleasure of enjoying a beautiful evening with some awesome entertainment. This past Saturday was the 4th annual Think Pink Rocks concert in Boca Raton Florida. One of my favorite Dangerously Beautiful women, Melanie Fiona performed as was absolutely amazing!!! Others that came through were Ray J, Sean Kingston, Shontelle, and more. I know October is over (Breast cancer awareness month), but this disease affects millions daily. The yearly concert raises funds to benefit Think Pink Rocks – a non-profit that aims to increase awareness of early breast cancer detection and genetic testing. I had a great time and hope I see some DB fans there next year!

Flashback Friday

Friday, October 14th, 2011

The lovely first season… Oh how Dangerously Beautiful has grown since then. I mean I still rock that hoodie. It’s one of my favorites and probably always will be.  Not to sound like a complete groupie, but all of my DB shirts still get play. And I know all DB fans feel the same way. I make this post to get you guys ready for what’s about to go down. Dangerously Beautiful Holiday 2011 will show DB like you’ve never seen it before and this is just the beginning. So for all of those that have a million words without action, it’s showtime! And after you see the new collection, you’ll be Up All Night!

Dangerously Beautiful At 102

Monday, October 3rd, 2011

Meet Hedda Bolgar. She is 102-years-old and still works four days a week as a therapist and loves every minute of it. Often times I hear my peers complain of working a full time job and can’t wait for the day they retire. This makes me think just how lazy people can be. Hedda feels  “there’s dignity and purpose in work, and grace in aging.” That’s awesome. When asked if she thinks about dying, she says “I’m too busy to die.” Stay Dangerously Beautiful Hedda!

Keyshia Dior is Dangerously Beautiful

Keyshia Dior – Building the Brand Documentary from Halo Media Entertainment on Vimeo.

I found this to be really interesting.  I abso-freaking-lutely love how Keyshia is building her brand and image.  In her short time within the entertainment industry Ms. Keyshia Dior has expanded on her beginnings as a model and video vixen to being an entrepreneur behind KA`OIR, her brand of awesomely eye-popping lipstick.

What I love most is how Keyshia is showing young ladies that there is more to being eye-candy.  She had an idea, set her goals and is achieving it right before us.  When she says she’s taking KA`OIR to the runways of Paris & Milan, I believe her.

Keyshia Dior is Dangerously Beautiful.

And she’s Jamaican <3
