Empanadas
I have seen these for years, but never tried one. Now that I have, there’s no turning back. I ordered an empanada not too long ago because I was hungry, but didn’t feel like eating an entire meal. After taking a bite of my empanada filled with yummy chicken goodness, I thought it was the best thing ever ( I know a little dramatic)! Since then I have tried the beef, the spinach, and even the pot roast. I can find them anywhere in Miami, but the best part is after finding one, you won’t have to break the bank to pay for it. The most I have ever paid was $2.50 and all you have to do is get a drink. Very filling and convenient. For those of you that haven’t had the pleasure of eating one, empanadas are pastries stuffed with yummy goodness. I’ve only eaten the ones stuffed with meat and vegetables, but they also come with fruit and desert inside (haven’t gotten there yet). What’s your favorite kind?
