You guys know that I love movies. This one looks pretty good.  I was beginning to worry because there hasn’t been anything appealing to me in the theaters. All this action and comic book stuff. I’m a true sucker for a good romantic comedy! Looks like one here. What do you guys think?

Ladies, this week’s category needs some help. I wanted to check out some of the African American women inventors and there wasn’t a plethora of material. In this male dominated society, I think there are more women that invented things, but didn’t get the credit. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it! Take a moment to learn about some interesting women inventors.

What a beautiful accessory for my feet! I don’t want your fame J.Lo, just your shoes!

I know it’s been a while since I posted about a new video. Sorry guys, going in hard on DB (watch out for DB videos to come). Leave it to Kanye and Hype Williams to do a video that I like. This is one my favorite songs off the album and the video is just different. I love different fonts and bright colors (I know what a dork) so this got my attention on the first try. What do you guys think?

Oh boy, I’m sure some of you won’t like this comedy skit because of the subject, but I find it hilarious. I love this entire DVD. Start your Friday with a bit of comedy. Chill out, it’s all for entertainment.

I have to admit that I am guilty of not reading enough African American writers.  Sometimes it’s crazy to think that black people weren’t even allowed to read let alone write a book.  This week we pay tribute to some African American women that made history with their literature one way or another.

Keyshia Dior is a model, actress, stylist, and most recently a business owner. The Miami native (305 in the house) is known for starring in Timbaland/Drake’s video Say Something (check it below if you need a reminder). She is truly beautiful with a dangerous edge (Dangerously Beautiful much). Besides her beauty, in her photos you will notice that her lipstick definitely stands out and gets your attention. The vibrant colors inspired her to launch her own lipstick line name Secret Kisses.
