Once I saw the commercial for this shoe about 6 times in a row (while watching Wendy Williams), it got me thinking: What the hell Reebok?  I’ll admit there may be some cultural differences between what dominant society and I consider a “nice butt,” but come on at least use some models that show the so-called end result of your product.  These crack-in-the-back chicks look neither toned nor as though they have added  extra junk to their trunks.

Still, the concept isn’t bad at all.  Who couldn’t use some extra work-outs throughout the day?  Add in some sleeker designs and colorways, they may be on to something.

Of course that 28% increase in gluteus activation and 11% calf activation come with a price-tag around $119.  I wonder how many will use the purchase as these shoes as an excuse to ignore routine exercises.  I don’t imagine wearing these are even seeing the results of step-ups, lunges or squats. At least MBTs have male & female options.
